Ingredients
- 10 ounces spring mix salad
- 2/3 cup pecans chopped
- 2/3 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup goat cheese crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
