Stuffed Turkey Rolls with Gravy are a simple and satisfying dinner idea that comes together with just a few ingredients. It’s everything you love about a turkey dinner – the turkey, stuffing, and gravy – all rolled up into neat little bundles. Perfect for a cozy weeknight meal or even a fuss-free holiday dinner.

You’ll like this one because it’s so easy to put together, especially if you’re craving Thanksgiving flavors without going all out. The boxed stuffing keeps things simple, while the homemade gravy adds a nice touch of richness. It’s also a great way to use up leftover turkey if you have some in the fridge.
Helpful Tips
- Use deli sliced turkey: Buy roasted turkey breast at the deli and have them slice it slightly thicker than you would for sandwiches.
- Secure the rolls if needed: If your turkey slices are springy, use toothpicks to hold them together while baking. Just remember to remove them before serving.
- Double the gravy: If you like things extra saucy, make a bit more gravy to pour over mashed potatoes or stuffing on the side.
