- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 slices oven-roasted turkey breast

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Whisk together and cook for 1 minute. On medium low heat, add the broth, while whisking constantly to smooth it out. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low heat until turkey rolls are ready.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spoon ¼ cup of stuffing onto each slice of turkey. Roll up and place seam side down in the greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Repeat with all the remaining turkey slices.
Pour half of the gravy over the turkey rolls.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
When ready, serve the turkey garnished with parsley, with remaining gravy on the side.
