These homemade fruit leather snacks will undoubtedly satisfy your sweet tooth and you don’t have to feel bad about it, because they require very little sugar and can be made with organic strawberries and no additives.
Fruit leather is like nature’s candy. The pureed fruit is dehydrated until it is pliable and sweet. It’s easy to make, and an excellent way to use up any surplus fruit you might have lying around.
Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Strawberries – Make sure to use ripe, delicious berries. The outcome of your fruit leather is very dependent on how good the strawberries are.
- Sugar – You can use white granulated sugar, or use a sugar substitute like allulose, monkfruit, or erythritol for a low-sugar option.
- Lemon juice – Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
