Making your kitchen smell like the holidays doesn’t get easier than this. These toasted cinnamon almonds are sweet, crunchy, and packed with warm spice. They’re perfect for gifting, snacking, or setting out in a bowl when friends come over.

Toasted Cinnamon Almonds

You’ll love how easy these are to make with just a handful of ingredients. The egg white coating helps the cinnamon-sugar mixture stick, creating that signature crisp shell once they’re baked. You can whip up a big batch in under an hour, and they stay fresh for days, that is, if they last that long.

Helpful Tips

  • Use parchment paper: Instead of greasing the pans, line them with parchment paper for easier cleanup and to prevent sticking.
  • Stir gently: When mixing the almonds with the sugar mixture, use a folding motion to avoid breaking them or knocking off too much coating.
  • Let them cool completely: They’ll crisp up even more as they cool, so resist the urge to snack until they’ve fully cooled on the pan.
