Juicy, cheesy, and piled high with guacamole—these Smoky Summer Guacamole Burgers bring bold flavor and texture. With a smoky spice blend and crispy tortilla strips on top, they’re the kind of burger that makes a plain one feel totally underdressed.

These burgers are everything you want on a summer night: easy to make, loaded with flavor, and just a little messy in the best way. The beef patties get a kick from chipotle and paprika, while the guacamole adds creaminess and zing. And don’t skip the tortilla strips. That crunchy finish makes all the difference.
Helpful Tips
- Choose ripe avocados: They should yield slightly to pressure but not be mushy. This makes for smooth, flavorful guacamole.
- Don’t overmix the meat: Handle the ground beef as little as possible when forming patties to keep them tender.
- Toast the buns: A quick grill gives them a crisp edge that stands up to the juicy burger and guac.
