In a small bowl, mix the chipotle powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper.
In another bowl, mix the mayo with 1 teaspoon of the seasoning blend.
In another bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning blend.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with the remaining seasoning blend.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill burgers, adding cheese on the second side, about 4-5 minutes per side, to your desired doneness. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
Heat the buns on the grill.
Add some spicy mayo to the bottom bun. Top with burger patty, and a heaping spoonful of guacamole. Top it off with the tortilla strips for crunch.
