Fried Chicken and Biscuit Appetizers are the kind of bite that disappears fast. Each skewer stacks a crispy piece of breaded chicken with a warm, fluffy biscuit and a drizzle of hot honey sauce. It’s sweet, spicy, savory, and crunchy all in one perfect two-bite combo.

This is the appetizer you make when you want something that feels a little indulgent but still easy to serve. Using one piece of chicken and one small biscuit keeps portions simple and party-friendly. The hot honey ties everything together and gives each bite just enough heat to keep people coming back for another.
Helpful Tips
- Keep the chicken crispy. If frying ahead of time, reheat on a wire rack in the oven so the coating stays crisp instead of steaming on a flat pan.
- Use small, sturdy biscuits. Mini biscuits or cut-out biscuit rounds work best so the stack holds together easily on a skewer or toothpick.
- Warm the hot honey before serving. Gently heating it makes it easier to drizzle and helps it soak slightly into the biscuit without making it soggy.
