Ingredients

  • 1 pound bag frozen boneless chicken bites
  • 8 Pillsbury Grands biscuits
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ tablespoon hot sauce I prefer Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • Bake the chicken pieces according to the package instructions.
  • For the biscuits, use a 1.5" cutter to cut the center out of each biscuit. Then reshape the dough and cut as many more as you can get. I got a total of 18 biscuits.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions. They will cook faster than expected because they were halved.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the butter, honey, and hot sauce.
  • Poke a toothpick through one biscuit, then into a piece of the fried chicken.
  • Arrange your chicken and biscuits skewers on a platter and serve with the dipping sauce.
