This Sangria is exactly what you want for effortless entertaining. The combination of wine, Grand Marnier, and fresh orange juice gives it a bright, citrusy depth, while the bitters add a subtle complexity that keeps it from tasting overly sweet.

Sangria

It looks absolutely stunning with fresh citrus slices floating in the pitcher, which makes it as much a centerpiece as it is a drink. There is no cooking or muddling required, just a pitcher and a few minutes of your time. And since it makes a full 8 servings, you can set the pitcher out and let your guests pour their own glasses while you focus on enjoying the party.

Helpful Tips

  • Let it chill before serving: While you can serve this right away, letting the pitcher sit in the fridge for even 30 minutes to an hour allows the citrus and Grand Marnier to mingle with the wine for even better flavor.
  • Slice your fruit thin: Thin slices of orange, lemon, and lime look beautiful in the pitcher and release their juices more easily into the sangria as it sits.
  • Choose a wine you enjoy on its own: Since the wine is the base of this drink, pick a bottle you would happily sip solo, there is no need to splurge, just make sure it is one you like.
