These Crock Pot Sesame Chicken Sandwiches take everything you love about sesame chicken and turn it into an easy, crowd-friendly meal. The chicken cooks low and slow in a savory sesame sauce, then gets piled onto soft buns.

It’s a fun twist on a takeout favorite and perfect for casual dinners or feeding a group. The shredded chicken soaks up all that flavor, making every bite saucy and satisfying. If you like BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches but want something a little different, this is your sandwich.
Helpful Tips
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly so they hold up to the saucy chicken.
- Add a crunchy slaw or sliced cucumbers for texture and freshness, if you want to make it more substantial.
- Stir in a little extra sesame oil at the end for a stronger sesame flavor.
- The sauce might not thicken well in the Crock pot. It really depends how hot yours gets. You can transfer it to the stovetop and cook it down or use a slotten spoon to serve it so it’s not so liquidy.
