Grilled cheese focaccia

You’ll love how simple this is to throw together. It’s got all the comforting, gooey goodness of a classic grilled cheese but with a major upgrade from the flavorful focaccia and three types of cheese. Great as a game day appetizer or an easy lunch.

Helpful Tips

  • Use softened butter: It spreads more evenly on the bread and gives a perfect golden crust when toasted.
  • Toast the bread first: This keeps the focaccia nice and crispy even after baking.
  • Mix up the cheese: Feel free to swap in whatever shredded cheese you have on hand, just make sure it melts well.
