Salmon skewers

You’ll love how easy this recipe is! Just season the salmon, thread it on skewers with a few lemon slices, and bake. The real magic comes from the sauce: fresh dill, a touch of red onion, lemon juice, and just enough mayo to make it creamy without feeling heavy. It’s fresh, bright, and goes perfectly with the salmon.

Helpful Tips

  • Use fresh salmon: Look for firm, skinless fillets that are easy to cube and hold their shape on the skewer.
  • Don’t overbake: Salmon cooks fast, so keep an eye on it and pull it at 6 minutes to keep it moist.
  • Chill the sauce: Make the dill sauce ahead and let it sit in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors blend.
