If you’re craving a bacon cheeseburger but want something cozy and comforting, this Bacon Cheeseburger Soup is the perfect solution. It has all the flavors of your favorite burger – beef, cheese, bacon, pickles – in a creamy, hearty soup that’s made for chilly nights.

This soup is a hit because it’s satisfying without being heavy, and it’s quick to make with simple ingredients. The bacon adds a smoky crunch, while the ground beef and melty cheese give it that classic cheeseburger flavor. It even has diced pickles stirred in at the end for a little tangy bite.
Helpful Tips
- Use a lean ground beef: This keeps the soup from getting too greasy, especially with the added bacon.
- Shred your own cheese: Pre-shredded cheese has additives that can keep it from melting smoothly.
- Add pickles and bacon last: Stir them in just before serving so they stay crisp and flavorful.
