Roasted Broccoli & Hummus

This roasted broccoli & hummus dish is packed with flavor from the charred broccoli and za'atar spice, plus crunchy roasted nuts and zesty lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound tenderstem broccoli or broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup prepared hummus
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon za'atar seasoning
  • dash paprika
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Arrange broccoli on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until the florets begin to char. Remove and set aside.
  • Add hummus to the plate. Add the broccoli on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on the za'atar, paprika, and slivered almonds. Finish with a spritz of lemon juice.
