- 1/2 pound tenderstem broccoli or broccolini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup prepared hummus
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 teaspoon za'atar seasoning
- dash paprika
- 2 lemon wedges
- salt & pepper to taste
Arrange broccoli on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until the florets begin to char. Remove and set aside.
Add hummus to the plate. Add the broccoli on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on the za'atar, paprika, and slivered almonds. Finish with a spritz of lemon juice.
