Pickle Ham Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 slices ham rectangle shape
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 pickle spears (more if smaller)

Instructions

  • Lay the slices of ham on the work surface. Divide the cream cheese among the slices and spread it out evenly.
  • Lay a pickle along the short edge of each ham slice. Roll up the ham rolls. Cut each log into 6 pieces, securing with toothpicks, if necessary. Can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
