Ninja Woodfire Grill Chicken Skewers

These Ninja Woodfire Grill Chicken Skewers are so simple to make, with chicken breast or thigh and just a few marinade ingredients. Grill them on the Ninja Woodfire Grill for incredible flavor, incredibly fast!

Equipment

  • Woodfire grill
  • Wood pellets cherry or pecan

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into 1/4” slices.
  • Mix together the sauce ingredients in a sealable plastic bag.
  • Place the chicken in the bag and marinate in the sauce for 2 hours.
  • Thread the chicken slices onto skewers.
  • Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill to 400°F (with or without woodfire technology).
  • When preheating is finished, place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and serve with sesame seeds as garnish.
