- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Cooking oil
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, and jalapeno peppers. Arrange wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Scoop about one teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
Moisten your finger in a bowl of water and wet the edges of a wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton into a triangle. Continue on until all are complete.
For the oven, place all of the wontons, spaced out, on the baking sheet.
Brush each wonton lightly with cooking oil.
Bake for 8 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
