Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll out your pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness. If you’re using a pizza stone, transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel dusted with flour or cornmeal. If using a baking sheet, place the dough on a greased sheet.
Evenly spread the olive oil mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Arrange the thinly sliced pears evenly over the cheese base. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top of the pears. Then sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or pizza stone). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately drizzle the hot honey over the top. The heat from the pizza will help the honey spread and melt slightly.
Top the pizza with fresh arugula for added crunch. Slice and serve warm.
