- 4 burrito-size tortillas
- 1 pound carnitas shredded (see recipe)
- 2 cups cooked Mexican red rice see recipe
- 1 cup refried beans or black beans drained and heated (see recipe)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Heat the tortillas slightly on a skillet. Make sure all the ingredients are heated, as well.
Fill the burritos with equal amounts of the carnitas, red rice, refried beans, and cheese. Top with cilantro and hot sauce. Fold the burrito, tucking in the ends and rolling tightly.
