- 12 ounces lean ground beef
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 10.75 ounce Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 ounces frozen tater tots about 2 heaping cups
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onion for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook, crumbling the meat with a spatula, until browned, about 8 minutes.
Stir in condensed soup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Transfer beef mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with green onions, if desired.
