Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lean ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 10.75 ounce Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 ounces frozen tater tots about 2 heaping cups
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook, crumbling the meat with a spatula, until browned, about 8 minutes.
  • Stir in condensed soup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer beef mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with green onions, if desired.
