- 3 slices rye bread cut into 6 pieces each
- 6 slices swiss cheese cut into 4 pieces each
- 6-8 slices corned beef, thinly sliced or sliced pastrami
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each slice of bread into 8 pieces. Cut the swiss cheese slices into 6 pieces each. Cut the corned beef slices into squares.
Spread some Thousand Island Dressing onto the bread and place them on a baking sheet. Layer the cheese and corned beef on top. Finish with sauerkraut.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Top each with dollops of thousand island dressing and serve warm.
