Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk half a can
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine the milk, chocolate chips, heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Approximately 2 hours.
  • Serve with desired toppings.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too thick for your liking add more milk.
  • If you have chocolate chips don't incorporate fully use a stick blender quickly to break it up.
  • If you are in a hurry you can use the high setting on your Crock Pot, just make sure to watch it closely so the chocolate doesn't burn.
  • You can use different types of chocolate. Experiment with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and even white chocolate.
