- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk half a can
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the milk, chocolate chips, heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in the crockpot.
Cook on low with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Approximately 2 hours.
Serve with desired toppings.
- If the mixture is too thick for your liking add more milk.
- If you have chocolate chips don't incorporate fully use a stick blender quickly to break it up.
- If you are in a hurry you can use the high setting on your Crock Pot, just make sure to watch it closely so the chocolate doesn't burn.
- You can use different types of chocolate. Experiment with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and even white chocolate.
