- 14 ounce tomato sauce
- 5-6 cloves garlic mined
- 2 teaspoons ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Into the slow cooker, add the tomato sauce, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, Garam Masala, and cumin. Stir well.
Add the chicken thighs and coat them in the sauce.
Scatter the cubes of butter over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, or on low for 4-6 hours.
Stir the heavy cream into the sauce.
Serve with basmati rice and naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
