- 3-4 stems kale stems removed and chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 ripe avocado diced
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
In a large bowl, place the torn kale leaves.
Add the diced avocado and shaved Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the ingredients.
Gently toss the salad to coat the kale leaves with the dressing.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
