- 1 bottle bottle Prosecco
- 16 ounces Aperol
- 8 ounces soda water
- 1 orange sliced for garnish
For just one cocktail
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1 ounce soda water
Pre-chill the ingredients. This ensures your cocktail will stay cold in the keg.
Pour the Prosecco carefully into the uKeg. I pour it slowly down the side so it doesn’t lose too much of its fizz. Pour in the Aperol and the soda water. Gently swirl the contents to mix them.
Insert a fresh CO2 canister into the cartridge sleeve. Tighten the cap on the uKeg.
Turn the pressure dial halfway up. You’ll see the pressure build. We like to serve ours at about 12psi.
Fill your glass with ice. Pour your cocktail. Garnish with an orange slice.
- Make sure you have a CO2 cannister on hand. They aren't expensive (about $1 each). You can serve the full keg of cocktails using one cannister.
- Opt for a dry Prosecco to balance the sweetness of the Aperol. The bubbles add a delightful texture and help to meld the flavors beautifully.
- You can adjust the recipe based on how many cocktails you wish to serve. Our recipe below makes about nine 5-ounce cocktails or eight 6-ounce cocktails.
