- 1 pound fresh strawberries washed and completely dry
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips or white melting wafers
- 1 cup blue sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Make sure the strawberries are fully dry so the chocolate sticks properly.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Do not overheat.
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating about three quarters of the berry. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
Immediately dip the lower half of the white chocolate coated strawberry into the blue sprinkles, gently pressing so they stick.
Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
Let the strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
