Spicy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • For garnish: 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and 2 sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly charred. Remove from oven.
  • In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and honey.
  • Toss the broccoli in the sauce and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
