- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons honey
- For garnish: 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and 2 sliced green onions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly charred. Remove from oven.
In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and honey.
Toss the broccoli in the sauce and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
