- 1 large flatbread store-bought
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 small red onion finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon capers
- fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 lemon sliced into wedges
Bake according to package instructions and let cool completely.
Spread cream cheese evenly over flatbread.
Top with smoked salmon, red onion and capers. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and garnish with dill.
Cut into wedges and serve.
