Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread store-bought
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 small red onion finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 lemon sliced into wedges

Instructions

  • Bake according to package instructions and let cool completely.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly over flatbread.
  • Top with smoked salmon, red onion and capers. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and garnish with dill.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
