- 1/2 bag French fries about 10 ounces
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper chopped
- 6 button mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 pound steak sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup Cheez Whiz
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Cook the fries from frozen according to the package instructions.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stove top on medium heat. Add the onions and green peppers. Sauté for about 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Add the mushrooms and steak to the pan and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and slightly browned. Transfer to a plate.
Heat the Cheez Whiz in a pan or in the microwave.
