Pesto Turkey Pinwheels
Soft tortillas are layered with creamy pesto, sliced turkey, and cheese, then rolled up and sliced into bite-sized spirals that are perfect for sharing.

- 3/4 cup basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (more if needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 6 slices oven roasted turkey breast
- 4 slices deli provolone
- 2 large flour tortillas
In a food processor or mini chopper, combine the basil, pine nuts, parmesan, garlic, olive oil and salt. Pulse until fully combined.
Add the cream cheese to the pesto and stir until fully combined.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a ½” space around the edges.
Lay 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese over the tortillas, evenly.
Roll tightly. To make them easier to cut, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve.
