Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Mezcal
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ripe peach seed removed, peeled and chopped
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add the Mezcal, Triple Sec and lime juice to the blender. Cut up the peach and add it to the blender with the ice.
  • Pulse until well blended.
  • Serve with a peach garnish.

Notes

  • The peaches don't have to be peeled. If you don't peel it, the drink will be thicker and pulpier. It's your choice.
  • If you don't have Mezcal, you can substitute with Tequila.
  • Be sure to use a very ripe peach for the best flavor.
