Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 4 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 baguette sliced and toasted

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients (except the baguette) in a food processor until it resembles a coarse paste. Serve it spread on crostini.
