- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 cup heavy cream or half and half
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat. Add the instant coffee and stir until dissolved.
Add the cream, agave nectar, sugar and vanilla. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the pint jar and put on the lid.
Make an ice bath and place the pint jar in it to cool. Once fully cooled, put the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
When ready, remove the pint jar from freezer, remove lid, secure it to the CREAMi machine.
Select Ice Cream and press start.
When done, check the ice cream. It might need to be respun to make it creamy.
Remove and serve immediately or store in the pint jar in the freezer for later.
