- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls 1 can
- 3 jalapenos seeded, diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits
- 2 green onions sliced
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded, divided
Preheat oven to 375°F(190°C). Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray.
Open crescent rolls, pinch seams together and cut into 18 even squares.
Place crescent squares in a mini muffin pan and gently press into the cups.
Bake 12 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Reserve a handful of cheddar cheese. Mix all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Divide the mixture evenly among the crescent roll cups.
Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
