- 15 ounce canned chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 small clove garlic
- Assortment of crudités: baby carrots, radishes, bell peppers, cucumber spears, green beans, asparagus stalks, celery sticks
In a blender, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, water, cumin, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Spoon some of the hummus into each glass.
Fill with assorted crudités.
