- 10 ounces peas fresh or frozen
- 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon EACH salt and black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisking until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed.
Add the peas, bacon, red onion, and cheddar to the bowl. Using a large spoon or spatula, fold everything together gently until evenly coated.
