Easy Green Goddess Dressing

This Panera copycat Green Goddess Dressing is the perfect way to use up the extra herbs you have in the fridge or garden to make a creamy dreaming dressing for your salad or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Finely chop fresh basil and shallots.
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate in sealed container.

Adding more agave will take the bite out of the vinegar if you find it to powerful.
