- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- flour tortillas for serving
- shredded cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, cilantro for serving (optional)
Place meat, bell peppers, and onion in the crockpot.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top and stir.
