  • 1 pound chicken or beef sliced
  • 2 small bell peppers sliced (different colors)
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • flour tortillas for serving
  • shredded cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, cilantro for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Place meat, bell peppers, and onion in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top and stir.
  • Cook on low for 3 hours.
  • Serve in tortillas with any optional toppings you like.
