Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1-2 chopped anchovies
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan finely grated
  • 1-2 teaspoons water if necessary to thin

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake it up until smooth. Store any leftover in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
