Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 10 small corn tortillas
  • Oil spray
  • Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the shredded chicken to a bowl with the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and green onion. Stir to combine.
  • Add about ¼ cup of the mixture onto each corn tortilla. Roll them up tightly. Place the taquitos, seam-side down on the baking sheet. Spray or brush with oil.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  • Drizzle on more buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing.
