Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls

- 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent dough 8 oz each
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chicken, wing sauce, and ranch seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix to combine.
Remove crescent rolls from the package and separate them. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture across the wide end of the dough. Lay a piece of mozzarella on top.
Starting at the wide end, roll the dough. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Brush it onto the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with the garlic powder and parsley seasoning blend.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
