Best Ever Meat Marinade

This best ever meat marinade is so good it will take your grilling to another level. Add it to chicken, beef, or anything you're grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce like Sriracha

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired.

Notes

  • Excess marinade (that has NOT been added to the meat) can be stored in the refrigerator in a container for up to a week.
  • Before adding the marinade to the meat, reserve some in a separate dish to use as basting marinade on the meat as it cooks to give it even more flavor.
