Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Rotisserie chicken
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 small red onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Put naan in the oven on the oven grates and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Transfer naan to a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  • Toss chicken with 2 tablespoons of the bbq sauce. Spread remaining bbq sauce onto the naan.
  • Top with cheese, bacon, chicken, and red onions.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle on chopped cilantro or green onions.
