- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup shredded Rotisserie chicken
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 small red onion sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Put naan in the oven on the oven grates and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Transfer naan to a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Toss chicken with 2 tablespoons of the bbq sauce. Spread remaining bbq sauce onto the naan.
Top with cheese, bacon, chicken, and red onions.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle on chopped cilantro or green onions.
