- 1 tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 pound salmon cubed
- salt and black pepper to season
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 sprigs cilantro roughly chopped
