  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Brush onto meat while grilling, or use as a dip or drizzle, as desired.


  • You can substitute the yellow mustard for Dijon or stone ground mustard, if you want.
  • You can use apple cider vinegar, or rice wine vinegar for a sweeter taste.
  • Sauce will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
